Autoethnografie und wissenschaftliches Schreiben

Abstract: Autoethnografie ist im Kontext der akademischen Schreibberatung ein noch weitgehend unbekannter Ansatz. Der Beitrag stellt das Konzept in aller Kürze vor und zeigt auf, wie es methodologisch einzuordnen ist. Ziel ist, Autoethnografie für die wissenschaftliche Schreibdidaktik operationalisierbar zu machen und dabei auf einschlägige Diskurse zu verweisen, mit denen sich eine autoethnografische Schreibdidaktik fundieren ließe. Als eine besondere Form selbstreflexiver Forschung birgt Autoethnografie das Potenzial, Forscher*innen über Fachgrenzen hinweg neue Perspektiven auf die eigene wissenschaftliche Subjektivität zu ermöglichen. Abstract: Autoethnography is still a largely unknown approach in the context of academic writing consultation. This article briefly introduces the concept and shows how it can be methodologically classified. The aim is to make autoethnography operationalizable for academic writing didactics and, in doing so, to refer to relevant discourses with which an autoethnographic didactics of writing could be grounded. As a special form of self-reflexive research, autoethnography has the potential to provide researchers across disciplinary boundaries with new perspectives on their own scientific subjectivity.
