Eine Frau pflückt am Dorfrand von Tetua die beerenartigen Früchte von Ficus tinctoria, um sie dann zu kochen und anschließend zu zerstampfen. Die Masse wird unter Hinzufügen von geraspeltem Kokosfruchtfleisch und Palmsirup zu einer dicken Kugel verknetet, die zur Mahlzeit klumpenweise zu verteilen ist.
A woman picks the berry-like fruit of the Ficus tinctoria which is then cooked and mashed. Grated coconut meat and palm syrup are kneaded with the mash into a thick ball which is divided at mealtime.
