Bruststück nach vorn, den Kopf nach links ins Halbprofil gewandt, Blick nach links, mit dunkler Samtkappe, schulterlangem, lockigem Haar, grauem Bart, breitem, weißem Hemdkragen, dunklem Wams mit langer Knopfleiste, vor dunklem Hintergrund und in ovaler Rahmung. Unter dem rechteckigen Bildfeld links und rechts die Künstleradressen, mittig der Name des Dargestellten und weitere Angaben zu seiner Person auf Englisch, mittig ein Wappen.
Bemerkung: Mit Bleistift auf der Vorderseite die Datierung des Blattes, das Geburtsdatum und der -ort des Dargestellten sowie das Todesjahr (beide Daten um ein Jahr falsch angegeben). Auf der Rückseite handschriftlich mit Bleistift eine Nummer: "v. [?] 49124".
