Zusammenhang von Fußerkrankungen und einer verkürzten Wadenmuskulatur mittels des Silfverskioldtests
Zusammenfassung: In der retrospektiven Datenerhebung wurde der Zusammenhang einer Wadenmuskelverkürzung (bzw. der Zusammenhang mit der Verkürzung des M. gastrocnemius und/ oder M. soleus) in Bezug auf die Krankheitsbilder Hallux valgus, Hallux rigidus/limitus, Anteriore Metatarsalgie, Morton Neurom, Achillodynie, Pes planovalgus, Haglundexostose, Hammerzehe, Krallenzehe und Plantarfasziitis anhand des positiven Silfverskioldtests untersucht.
Zusammenfassung: The retrospective data collection analyses the correlation of a shortened calf muscle in relation to foot diseases with the help of the positive Silfverskioldtest. Following foot diseases pattern has been included: Hallux valgus, Hallux rigidus/limitus, Anteriore metatarsalgia, Achillodynia, Morton Neuroma, Pes planus, Haglund exostosis, Hammer toe, Claw toe and Plantar fasciitis. The results show in 92,5 % of the collected cases a positive Silfverskioldtest which is equate to a shortened calf muscle.
