The film shows the dance Brîul (belt dance) from the village Vestem (Sibiu district). It is danced in a semi-circle only by men, holding each other by the shoulders. The movement is carried out alternately to the right and on the spot. The tempo is lively. A clarinetist accompanies the dance.
