The future teachers' leader' qualities formation in the university educational space

The article proposed the model for the future teachers` leader` qualities formation in the university educational space. Necessary leadership qualities were identified for the competent teachers` preparation. It is disclosed their structure, is defined meaningful components. It was identified a complex of pedagogicalconditions of formation of leadership qualities with the modeling of the university educational space. It was offered educational technology training of competent teachers based on the formation leader’ qualities. Meaningful core technology is the "three stages of leadership", implying a sequential alternation of participants` role positions. The article presents the results of the implementation of technology to make a conclusion about its effectiveness.
