Dann werden folgende Arbeiten gezeigt: Bearbeitung eines Feldes mit einem doppelbespannten Ochsenhakenpflug; Aussaat mit kultischer Einleitungszeremonie; Ernte von Gerste durch Ausreißen, anschließend Abschneiden der Halme unterhalb der Ähren mit Sichelmesser; Trocknen; Arbeiten im Hausgarten.
Shows scenes of the agricultural life of the Shangama, a mountain farming tribe located in an inaccessible part of Ethiopia. Includes demonstrations of field cultivation with shovel and plow as well as sowing, harvesting, and storing grain.
