On the occasion of the Digitaltag on 24 June 2022, the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek invites you to four events and presents various facets of its online offerings. Digitaltag is a nationwide day of action for digital participation that aims to make digitisation an everyday experience for all citizens with numerous activities. On Digitaltag, people come together at various event formats all over Germany to discover digital technologies together and get to know them better.

The actions of the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek take place online throughout the day. The object search on the website of the Deutsche Digitale Bibliothek will be explained, the archive search online in the Archivportal-D will be explained, "old" news will be discovered in historical newspapers with the  Zeitungsportal (newspaper portal) and finally, in the online participatory workshop, you can learn how to create your own stickers for the Signal Messenger from cultural treasures.
