El marketing estratégico aplicado en Chile y en Canadá para las empresas de tecnologías de información y comunicaciones

The Technologies of Information and Communications (TIC´s) are redefining part of the conduct patterns that regulate the social interaction. The time and the space have stopped being a limit in driving so much of the people, companies and governments. At world-wide level the breach between the developed and developing countries has extended years in the last, had to a great extent to the masificación of the use of technologies. In TIC's companies, specifically companies developers of software, Chilean as as much Canadian, the use was verified that do these of Strategic Marketing like a competitive tool, at the time of planning the operation and continuity.
