Abstract: Managers should understand the variables of innovation or the key points of creative innovation to ensure that businesses can decide fast and move correctly. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to analyze the key connections of innovation relations and creative innovation on management. This research will analyze five key issues: The processes of understanding the customers and users of the business. The ability of management to run the business and achieve business objectives. The employees' belief in creative innovation. The creative climate of the business. The support process of the business. As a result, five innovation variables of businesses will be analyzed and enlightened
