Vermehrung und Koloniebildung der Bakterien bei 35-36° C unter geringer Ausbildung geformter Stoffwechselprodukte.
Corynebacterium mirabile was isolated from the genitary tract of human males. They are rod shaped bacteria which are facultatively anaerobic. On protein-free media only rods are formed associated with a minimum amount of formed products. At incubation temperatures of 35 - 36° C film E 1115 shows growth and colony formation of rods which only minimum formation of formed metabolic products.
