Das 21. Fallbeispiel beschreibt die Situation von Herrn K., der sich aufgrund von Verdienstausfall und Geschäfts- und Mietschulden an die Fürsorgestelle wandte. Es wird eindrücklich beschreiben, wie Herr K. versucht, mit seiner Arbeitslosigkeit umzugehen und welche Verhaltensweisen er entwickelt. Es wird die Anamnese, die soziale Diagnose und die soziale Therapie vorgestellt.
