Die 25. Fallbeschreibung erläutert die Lebenssituation des Herrn P., der körperlich eingeschränkt ist und in der Folge häufig arbeitslos war. Die familiäre, gesundheitliche und wirtschaftliche Situation wird in Form einer sozialen Diagnose beschrieben. Es wird die soziale Therapie vorgestellt, sowie eine sozialpsychologische Diagnose und Prognose.
