Individualisierte QR-Codes zur Verknüpfung von Print- und E-Bestand

Ein gezielter Einsatz von individualisierten QR-Codes ermöglicht nicht nur dem Publikum einen schnelleren Zugriff auf gewünschte Dokumente, sondern dient der Bibliothek als Schnittstelle von Print- und Onlinebestand und kann so gezielt die vorhandenen E-Medien bewerben. Ein Projekt der Hochschulbibliothek Muttenz der Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz FHNW zeigt, wie QR-Codes auch an kleineren Bibliotheken einfach und effizient in den Arbeitsprozess integriert werden können.
Abstract: Individualized QR-codes not only allow users faster access to needed documents, they also serve as interfaces between print and online holdings, thus enabling libraries to advertise their e‑media. A project at the library of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, Campus Muttenz, shows how even smaller libraries can integrate QR-codes easily and efficiently into their workflow.
