Portrait einer Familie. Vater und Mutter sitzen auf Stühlen, die Kinder (3 Töchter, 1 Sohn) stehen danebn, dazwischen und dahinter. Die Frauen sind barfuß und in einen Sari gehüllt. Der Vater trägt eine dunkle Kurta, helle Hose und Schuhe. Der Sohn trägt als einziger keine "traditionell indische Kleidung" sondern eine europäisch anmutende Uniform. Als Requisiten des Ateliers dienen Blumentöpfe, Kissen für Füße und ein Stuhl (siehe auch Aufnahmen von Taurines).
