Features of successful business of corporations in modern economic conditions

In modern conditions of managing a problem разбалансированности economic mutual relations on a chain: «the manufacturer – the end user» between many spheres of agriculture remains is most actual and for today. In the present work features of effective conducting economic activities by a way creation and developments of large agroassociations – corporations are considered. The conclusion that corporate structures provide an investment field and introduction of innovations is drawn, raising thereby well-being of a society and economy as a whole. Thus the success of corporate business is caused by timely reaction to current and strategic requirements of the market.
