Competência virtual para a mediação da informação e do conhecimento (virtual literacy)
The present work has for objective to present possibilities of use of the technology in the management of the scientific information, in its spreading and the transformation of the knowledge in digital, accessible form to all the people, without restriction. For in such a way, the theories that subsidize this work are information literacy, virtual literacy, it measured it literacy and digital literacy. These theories are the bases of the ability of use of the technology with its elements central offices for the process of scientific spreading by means of educative resources. To follow, we will detach the references and the standards of use of this ability for this work, its application and the viabilização of procedures.
