Abstract: The present text, derived from a piece of research, presents how, among the changes that have affected Higher Education in recent decades in the Western world and thus in Latin America, excels the imposition of another logic, which is proper of the private company, and has been accompanied by the implementation of a new language largely imported from the managerial area. This generates a few dreadful impacts on the way of conceiving the policies and planning when it comes to defining the same guidelines of Higher Education
