Untersuchung und Befunderhebung an einer jungen Patientin mit Skoliose (Original, Röntgenaufnahmen). OP-Vorbereitung durch Krankengymnastik zur Auflockerung des Bandapparates und Verbesserung der Atmung sowie durch Anwendung von Halo-Extension bzw. Cortex-Zug (Original, Trick). Postoperativ: Anlegen eines Ruhegipses, krankengymnastische Behandlung, Übergang auf Stützkorsett.
All the stages of scoliosis therapy before and after the operation are followed in a female patient. The undermentioned are shown in detail: Diagnosis (briefly); Mobilisation exercises without extension; Surgical application of the halo; Care of the halo patient; Mobilisation exercises with simultaneous halo extension; Harrington's operation (animated drawing); Application of Risser plaster; Walking exercises in the Risser plaster; Stagnara's plastic corset.
