Abstract: In the past few years human right to water and sanitation have become one of the major locus of activity in the field of economic and social human rights. The growing importance of this particular area of human rights law is reflected not only in a rapidly increasing number of professional publications, studies, and reports dealing with this subject, but primarily in significantly more distinct actions undertaken by international organizations and humanitarian.
