Abstract: In the chapter readers will find the presentation of two examples on how spirituality is supported in structures of helping organisations. The examples just want to open the space for reflection on the topic from an organisational perspective related to social work. They are from Germany and from the Czech Republic, backgrounds the authors are familiar with it
