Las raíces anti-sistémicas del Partido Acción Nacional

El trabajo analiza a los diferentes grupos que integraron al Partido Acción Nacional (PAN). Contrario a la idea difundida por el PAN y sus simpatizantes de que ese partido nació con un perfil ciudadano y con un proyecto democrático, este artículo muestra cómo el programa de los primeros panistas era heredero de dos diferentes corrientes conservadoras, pero al mismo tiempo anti-sistémicas: por un lado, los herederos de la tradición social-católica, continuadores de la lucha contra el Estado jacobino surgido de la revolución; por el otro, la derecha secular que buscaba la industrialización económica y modernización administrativa del Estado mexicano, teniendo como referente a la tradición hispanista de la Falange española.
The paper analyzes the different groups that formed the National Action Party (pan). Contrary to widespread idea by the pan and its supporters that the party was born with a citizen profile and a democratic project, this article shows how the first program of the pan was heir to two different conservative currents, but also anti-systemics: on the one hand, the heirs of the social-Catholic tradition, continuing the struggle against the Jacobin State emerged from revolution; on the other hand the secular right that sought the economic industrialization and the administrative modernization of the Mexican State, taking as a reference to the Hispanic tradition of the Spanish Falange.
