Gespräche und Rollenspiele zur Verbesserung von Arbeits- und Sozialverhalten bei 15- bis 20jährigen Jugendlichen. In Gruppen von fünf Jugendlichen werden soziale Regeln ausgehandelt, die ein gezieltes Verhaltenstraining ermöglichen. Beispielhaft werden folgende Themen bearbeitet: Einüben von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Einfühlungsvermögen sowie Umgehen mit Außenseitern. Jugendliche, die bei einem sportlichen Spiel (Mannschaftssport) das Einhalten von Regeln und Ausdauer üben.
The film shows discussions and playing parts to improve the social and working behaviour of young people in the age of 15-20 years. In groups of five persons social rules are discussed to make possible a systematic behaviour training. Exemplary following themes are treated: Practising of interviews, empathetic understanding and dealing with outsiders. Further on it is demonstrated, in which way young people can train complying with rules and stamina by playing in a team.
