This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed post- proceedings of the 9th International Workshop on Computer Aided Systems Theory, EUROCAST 2003, held in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain in February 2003. The 60 revised full papers presented were carefully selected during two rounds of reviewing and improvement.
