Vorderseite: +IhS XIS RϵX-RϵϤNANTIȠ¸. - Der thronende Christus frontal, mit Bart, Kreuznimbus, Pallium und Colobium; er hebt die Rechte zum Segensgestus und hält in der Linken Evangeliar. Der Thron mit hoher, gerader Rückenlehne.
Rückseite: ΘCϵ bOHΘ'-RƜℳAȠƜ. - Die Gottesmutter rechts segnet den Kaiser links, beide frontal stehend. Die Gottesmutter mit Nimbus, Pallium und Maphorium; der Kaiser mit Kreuzkrone, Loros (4 Perlen auf dem Lorossaum) und Sakkos, hält Kreuzglobus in der Linken. Links oberhalb des Kopfes Mariae MΘ.
