Ein Instrument zur Erfassung der Lernumwelt Promotionsphase

Abstract: Der Beitrag stellt die Entwicklung und empirische Testung eines Instruments zur Erfassung der Lernumwelt in der Promotionsphase vor. Das Instrument besteht aus 33 Items, die insgesamt elf verschiedene Strukturiertheits-, Unterstützungs- und Anforderungsmerkmale abbilden. Faktorenanalysen zeigen, dass das Messmodell eine hohe Anpassungsgüte aufweist. Mehrgruppenanalysen bestätigen die Anwendbarkeit des Instruments in unterschiedlichen formalen und fachlichen Promotionskontexten. (DIPF/Orig.)
Abstract: This paper presents the development and empirical testing of an instrument assessing the learning environment during the doctoral phase. The instrument consists of 33 items covering eleven distinct facets of structure, support and challenge. Factor analyses show that the measurement model adequately fits the empirical data. Multiple group analyses confirm its applicability in different formal and disciplinary contexts. (DIPF/Orig.)
