Praktikum

Abstract: Praktika im Studium sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Hochschulbildung und dienen der Förderung von überfachlichen Kompetenzen sowie der Vorbereitung auf den späteren Beruf. Die curriculare Einbindung und die Qualität der Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Auswertung durch Lehrende und Mentoren sind dabei von großer Bedeutung. Praktika bieten produktive Lernmöglichkeiten für die Ausdifferenzierung wissenschaftlichen Wissens und die Anbahnung beruflicher Kompetenzen. Die Frage nach dem Verhältnis von im Studium erworbenen Wissensinhalten und Reflexionsformen zur später im Beruf relevanten praktischen Handlungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit ist zentral. Abstract: Internships during studies are an important part of higher education and serve to promote interdisciplinary competencies and prepare students for their future careers. The curricular integration and the quality of the preparation, monitoring and evaluation by teachers and mentors are of great importance. Internships offer productive learning opportunities for the differentiation of scientific knowledge and the initiation of professional competencies. The question of the relationship between the knowledge content and forms of reflection acquired in the course of study and the practical ability to act and make decisions relevant later in the profession is central.
