Abstract: This issue focuses on the topic of "Recruiting and developing staff in (medical) libraries" with a particular focus on training and continuing education programs. The issue is supplemented by an article on the TARCiS statement, the Medical Librarian's Bibliography 2023, the report from the AGMB's working group on evidence-based medicine (AG-EBM) and the "German MLA (AGMB) News", as well as a request for support from the editorial board
Abstract: Das vorliegende Heft befasst sich mit dem Schwerpunktthema "Personalgewinnung und -entwicklung in (Medizin-)Bibliotheken" und legt den Fokus dabei insbesondere auf Angebote im Bereich der Aus- und Weiterbildung. Ergänzt wird die Ausgabe durch einen Beitrag zum TARCiS-Statement, durch die Medizinbibliothekarische Bibliographie 2023, durch die beiden Berichte aus der Arbeitsgruppe Evidenzbasierte Medizin der AGMB (AG-EBM) und "Aus der AGMB" sowie durch die Bitte um Unterstützung des Editorial Boards
