Professionalisierung von Lehrpersonen im Kontext von Schüler:innenpartizipation. Eine rekonstruktive Analyse

Abstract: Im Rahmen des Projektes „Partizipative Schulentwicklung – Unterricht mit Schülerinnen und Schülern gestalten“ arbeiten Schulen im Sinne des DesignBased-Research Ansatzes gemeinsam mit Forschenden an der Weiterentwicklung von Partizipation von Schüler:innen. In Gruppendiskussionen werden die Erfahrungen mit Partizipation diskutiert, wobei die Auswertung mit Hilfe der Dokumentarischen Methode unterschiedliche Orientierungen bei den Lehrpersonen zu Tage bringt. Die gefundenen Orientierungen werden vor dem Hintergrund des Professionalisierungsdiskurses eingeordnet und diskutiert, wobei auch reflektiert wird, welchen Beitrag die methodische Annäherung mit Hilfe der rekonstruktiven Methode zum Diskurs um Professionalisierung leistet. Abstract: In the project “participative school improvement – improve instruction with students”, schools work together with researchers to develop student participation in the sense of the Design-Based-Research approach. In group discussions, the experiences with participation are discussed, and the analysis with the help of the documentary method brings to light different orientations among the teachers. The orientations found are classified and discussed against the background of the discourse on teacher professionalization, also reflecting on the contribution of the methodological approach using the reconstructive method to the discourse on professionalization.
