Brasil e China: Um caso de geoeconomia híbrida?

The general objective of this study is to analyze the perspectives and the general framework of Sino-brazilian economic relations. Initially, it was sought to understand the determinants and implications of China's internationalization trajectory and its geoeconomic projection, whose implications are characterized by hybridism and offer both opportunities and challenges to Brazil. Considering this understanding, it was intended to describe the evolution and perspectives around trade and investment relations. In addition, dimensions of the bilateral relationship with structural transformation potential were analyzed, especially energy transition, infrastructure, digital economy, health and financial cooperation. Finally, it was argued that, in addition to increasing commercial and investment ties driven by strong complementarities, it is essential to build long-term strategies for China and convert the Asian country into a strategic partner of Brazilian development.
