La reforma del Estado y las políticas de vivienda popular en México

A una década de iniciada la reforma del Estado en México, se analizan algunos de sus impactos sobre la política social de vivienda dirigida a sectores populares. La restructuración del estado mediante la aplicación de un proyecto político de modernización plantea interrogantes tales como: cuáles fueron los factores de la reforma del Estado en México y qué cambios se presentan en la política de vivienda, temas abordados aquí.
After a decade of state's reforma in Mexico, this article research some impacts on the housing social policy for poor people. The transformation of the state throught the modernization political proyect is the context for to ask: Which are the factors of the state's reform, and which are the changes on the housing policy, this is the issue here.
