Vers un modèle théorique interdisciplinaire de Didactique de l’éducation à la citoyenneté numérique

Abstract: L’institution scolaire de Suisse romande place l’éducation à la citoyenneté numérique et le développement d’une culture numérique comme nouvelles finalités éducatives. Les contours de ces concepts, ainsi que leur opérationnalisation dans les pratiques enseignantes, restent à définir plus précisément. Faisant suite à une analyse des concepts de "citoyenneté" et "culture" numériques, les représentations de 14 enseignant·e·s romand·e·s du cycle 2 ont été interrogé·e·s. Leurs propos rapportent un flou conceptuel et un besoin de clarification à la lumière de la littérature scientifique. En conséquence, un modèle théorique de Didactique de l’éducation à la citoyenneté numérique est proposé afin de participer à un premier pas vers une transposition didac-tique d’éléments conceptuels. Abstract: The educational institutions in the French-speaking part of Switzerland have set education for digital citizenship and the development of a digital culture as new goals. The boundaries of these concepts, as well as their operationalization in teaching practices, remain to be defined more precisely. Following an analysis of the concepts of digital "citizenship" and "culture", the perceptions of 14 primary school teachers from the French-speaking part of Switzerland were documented. Their statements reveal a conceptual confusion and a need for clarification in the light of scientific literature. Consequently, a theoretical model named "Didactique de l’Éducation à la Citoyenneté numérique" is proposed in order to participate in the first steps towards a didactic transposition of conceptual elements.
