Auf dem Weg zur utopischen Gesellschaft - Relationalität bei Judith Butler, Sara Ahmed und Édouard Glissant

Der Beitrag geht dem utopischen und queer_feministischen Potenzial von Relationalität nach. Zentral ist dabei die Frage, inwiefern das Konzept der Relationalität es ermöglicht, gegenwärtige Formen des gesellschaftlichen Zusammenlebens zu problematisieren, das Brüchige der Gegenwart zum Einsatz von Utopie zu machen und alternative Ethiken, Praktiken und Werte zu generieren. Die Betrachtung erfolgt auf der Grundlage der Arbeiten von Judith Butler, Sara Ahmed und Édouard Glissant, in welchen Relationalität aus queer_feministischer und postkolonialer Perspektive beleuchtet wird.
This article focuses on the utopian and queer_feminist potential of relationality. It raises the central question whether the concept of relationality enables us to problematize contemporary forms of social cohabitation and to deploy the fragility within the present as a way to unfold utopia as well as to create alternative ethics, practices and values. Therefore, I analyze the works of Judith Butler, Sara Ahmed and Édouard Glissant, which approach relationality from a queer_feminist and postcolonial perspective.
