Mit Hilfe des Modells der hydronephrotischen Niere lassen sich bei kleinen Säugern alle Abschnitte des renalen Gefäßbettes - einschließlich der glomerulären Mikrozirkulation - darstellen. Gezeigt wird im einzelnen: Spaltung und Präparation der hydronephrotischen Niere, Darstellung von Gefäßverläufen (teils durch Farbstoffpassagen) ergänzt durch Gefäßausgüsse, Änderung von Gefäßlumina nach elektrischer Reizung und Pharmakaapplikation (Angiotensin II), Darstellung der glomerulären Mikrozirkulation durch fluoreszenzmarkierte Erythrozyten und Dextran.
With the aid of a model of the hydronephrotic kidney, all the sections of the renal vascular bed - including the glomerular microcirculation - can be demonstrated. The following is shown in detail: Cleaving and preparation of the hydronephrotic kidney; demonstration of vessel courses (in part with dye passages) supplemented by vessel casts; alteration of the vessel lumina after electrical stimulation and pharmaceutical application (angiotensin II); demonstration of the glomerular microcirculation by fluorescently labelled erythrocytes and dextran.
