The film shows feeding of small and nearly fledged young little egrets. Small young pick up food that has been regurgitated and dropped to the bottom of the nest by the adult, later the food is passed directly from the bill of the adult into the throat of the young. The greeting ceremony of adults and begging for food of the young can also be seen.
