Offenheit als Stärke von Erwachsenenbildung

Erwachsenen- und Weiterbildung ist ein heterogenes, vielschichtiges und vielfältiges Handlungsfeld. Das wird u. a. durch unterschiedliche Logiken, Ziele, Aufgaben und Akteur*innen bedingt. Es scheint zugleich lohnenswert, einen „Kern“ zu identifizieren und sich an diesem in Denken und Handeln zu orientieren. Mit „Bildung“ wird dieser Raum erschlossen, markiert und bleibt offen für die Vielfalt erwachsenenpädagogischen Tätigseins.
Adult and further education is a heterogeneous, multi-layered and diverse field of action. This is due, among other things, to the great variety of logics, goals, tasks and actors. At the same time, it seems advisable to identify a "core" and to orient oneself towards this core in both thought and action. Through "education" this space is made accessible, marked, and kept open to the diversity of adult education.
