Los sindicatos en la revolución bolchevique y su lectura para la realidad cubana

This article based on the methodology of the investigation-action-participation, has the purpose in synthesis tight to reflect and question us about the role and place of the unions in the socialist construction. In the socialist transition, organized workers would be the protagonists of the economic, organizational, management and decision-making processes. The subject is complex, multidimensional, often rejected and misunderstood, however it has been very controversial, occupying an extraordinary place in the conceptions of the founding classical Marxism, later developed by Vladimir Ilyich Lenin, Rosa Luxemburg, Antonio Gramsci, among others.
Este artículo basado en la metodología de la investigación-acción-participación, tiene el propósito en síntesis apretada de reflexionar y cuestionarnos acerca del papel y lugar de los sindicatos en la construcción socialista. En la transición socialista, los trabajadores organizados serían los protagonistas de los procesos económicos, organizativos, de dirección y de toma de decisiones. El tema es complejo, multidimensional, muchas veces rechazado e incomprendido, sin embargo, ha sido muy polémico, ocupando un lugar extraordinario en las concepciones del marxismo clásico fundador, posteriormente desarrollado por Vladimir Ilich Lenin, Rosa Luxemburgo, Antonio Gramsci, entre otros.
