Kasuistik als 'doppelte' Krise der Professionalisierung. Grenzerfahrungen von Studierenden und Lehrenden des Lehramts

Abstract: Empirisch basiert entfaltet der Beitrag die These von Fallarbeit als Ausdruck einer ‚doppelten‘ Krise der Professionalisierung von Lehrenden wie auch Studierenden in Lehrveranstaltungen des Lehramts. Auf Grundlage praxeologisch-wissenssoziologischer Annahmen werden Befunde aus dem Projekt KALEI2 zu krisenhaft erlebten Momenten der beiden untersuchten Akteursgruppen in relationierender Perspektive präsentiert und in ihrer explorativen Vorläufigkeit reflektiert. Daraus ergeben sich Hinweise auf professionstheoretische und programmatische Implikationen für Fragen von Professionalisierung, die einen innovativen Zugang zur Interaktion in fallorientierter Handlungspraxis darstellen. Abstract: Based on empirical evidence, the article puts forth the thesis that case work can be seen as a manifestation of a “double” crisis of professionalisation affecting both teachers and students in teacher education courses. Drawing on assumptions from praxeological sociology of knowledge, the article presents and reflects upon findings from the KALEI2 project, which investigate crisis moments experienced by both teachers and students from a relational perspective. The exploratory and preliminary nature of these findings provide valuable insights into the professional theoretical and programmatic implications of professionalisation issues, offering an innovative approach to the interaction in case-oriented action practice.
