Evidenzbasierte Entscheidungen über Maßnahmen der Prävention und Gesundheitsförderung stellen eine Herausforderung für kommunale Akteur:innen da. Wissenschaftliche Evidenz ist nicht immer vorhanden oder zugänglich. In diesem Beitrag wird praxisbasierte Evidenz als Ergänzung zu wissenschaftlicher Evidenz erläutert. Zur Stärkung von praxisbasierter Evidenz wird ein Vorschlag am Beispiel der Praxisdatenbank des Kooperationsverbundes Gesundheitliche Chancengleichheit gemacht.
Abstract: Evidence-based decision on prevention and health promotion measures represent a challenge for municipal actors. Scientific evidence is not always available or accessible. This article explains practice-based evidence as a complement to scientific evidence. To strengthen practice-based evidence, a suggestion is made using the practice database of the German Collaborative Network for Equity in Health as an example.
