Cost allocation in ICSID arbitration: theory and (mis)application

This Perspective on cost-allocation in investment arbitration argues that the "relative success" approach to cost allocation is dominant but is frequently misapplied in practice, and that there is a need for guidance on costs in the ICSID arbitration rules.
