Planieren des Bauplatzes, Setzen und Verbinden der Wandpfosten, Einbau des Fußbodens, Errichten eines Erdofens, Anlegen der Feuerstelle im Haus, Einbringen und Verlegen des Fußbodenbelags aus Baumrinde, Errichten der Hüttenwand aus Holzbohlen und Verbinden der Bohlen, Verteilen der im Erdofen gegarten Speisen, Errichten der Dachkonstruktion und Decken des Daches. Der Rundbau mit Satteldach wird während eines Tages (9 Stunden) mit bereitgehaltenem Material in Gemeinschaftsarbeit fertiggestellt.
The bent hut of a family in Malingdam/Imarin is reconstructed with the help of men and boys of the settlement. The new house, a circular building with a saddle-roof, is built with prepared materials in one day, within nine hours. Posts, beams, poles, and boards are only attached by rotan strings. Food cooked in the earth oven is distributed to the helpers.
