Internet como medio de comunicación entre migrantes y sus familias de origen: barreras de acceso

Con base en los resultados obtenidos en el Proyecto de Evaluación al Programa de Acceso a Servicios Digitales en Bibliotecas Públicas (pasdbp), así como en una observación exploratoria del subportal de Migrantes del Sistema Nacional e-Mexico se presenta un análisis en el que se aborda la oferta de contenidos electrónicos por parte del gobierno mexicano orientados a este sector, así como las principales barreras de uso que se presentan en una muestra no probabilística de Módulos de Servicios Digitales instalados en bibliotecas públicas en territorio mexicano.
Based on the results obtained in the Evaluation Project of public access to digital services in public Libraries (pasdbp) as well as an exploratory observation of the Migrants portal of the National System e-Mexico, an analysis is presented of the offer of electronic contents on the part of the Mexican government oriented towards this sector, as well as the main access barriers found in a non-probabilistic sample of public access modules installed in the public libraries in Mexico.
