Antlthrombotio system (AS) of Animal Organism, Its Nature, Function and Pathophysiology

Specific ohemoreceptore for thrombin and its precursor prethrombin-I were round in the walls of vessels in mammal animals and Rana temporia. The irritation of these receptors leads to release of heparin and activator of plasminogen in blood stream in consequenne of excitement of as reflex act. Heparin forms the complexes with protein factors, of coagulating system and with plasminogen and cathechol amines. These complexas have the anticoagulating and antipolymerization activity concerning fibrin monomer and have platelets antiaggregation Property. They act as non-enzymic dissolvents of non-crosslinked fibrin. This phenomenon of non-enzymic fibrinolysis is explained by transformation of fibrous structure of non-crosslinked fibrin to dispered fibrinogen-like globu-lar molecules of fibrin monomer, connected with heparin complexes. The development of state of prethrombosle and thrombotic oomplications or haemorrhage or combination of these two phenomena were established for different forms of pathophysiological changes in AS function in experimental and clinical conditions.
