Kommunale Investitionen sinken real seit COVID
Bis zur Coronakrise war das Niveau der von Kommunen getätigten Sachinvestitionen spürbarim Aufschwung. Drei Jahre nach Ausbruch der Pandemie und ein Jahr nach Beginn desUkrainekrieges stellt sich die Frage, wie sich die kommunale Investitionstätigkeit im Zugebeider Krisen entwickelt hat. In nominaler Rechnung wachsen die Investitionsausgabenzwar weiterhin, der schöne Schein trügt jedoch: Preisbereinigt wird heute erkennbar wenigerinvestiert als im Jahr 2020. Zugleich hat sich die Struktur der Investitionstätigkeit verändert.
