Abstract: The volume we bring to the readers' attention today, through the diversity of topics addressed, reflects beyond the quality of the analyzes assumed, the undoubted appreciation of fellow professors and researchers, from home and abroad, to the work of over 40 years of our colleague and professor Ioan Horga , at the beautiful age of 65.
