In Monno (Alta Valcamonica, Provinz Brescia) schneidet eine Frau aus getragenen Textilien Streifen für den Schuß, schärt die zweifarbige Kette am Schärrahmen, bringt diese auf den zweischäftigen Trittwebstuhl auf und webt darauf Flickenteppichläufer (Pezotto) mit Streifen- und Rhombenmustern; abschließend verknotet sie die Fransen.
At Monno (Alta Valcamonica, Brescia Province) a woman cuts from worn clothes strips for the weft, warps the threads of two colours on the warper, attaches the warp to the two-shaft treadle loom, and weaves rugs (Pezzotto) with striped and rhombic patterns. Finally she ties the loose threads into tassels.
