Transdisziplinäre Gewinne einer pragmatischen Soziologie der Arbeit

Der Beitrag reflektiert die Frage, wie das Phänomen der Subjektivierung im Kontext einer pragmatischen Soziologie der Arbeit empirisch evident und von dort ausgehend theoretisiert werden kann. Dazu werden exemplarisch Methodologien aus dem Umkreis der französischen "Soziologie der Kritik" nach L. Boltanski und L. Thévenot zur arbeitsethnographischen Untersuchung von Subjektivierung anhand des Konzeptes der "Bewährungsprobe" aufgegriffen, auf den Grundgedanken des experimentellen Handelns pragmatistischen Denkens (J. Dewey) zurückgeführt und ihre Anschlussfähigkeit an die soziokulturelle Anthropologie im Sinne einer transdisziplinären Forscherhaltung programmatisch skizziert.
This article reflects empirical and theoretical research of subjectivation in the context of a pragmatist sociology of work. I demonstrate a french methodological approach pursuing the works of L. Boltanski and L. Thévenot within their programme of a "sociology of critique", starting from an ethnographic perspective by highlighting the concept of "test-situations" in the work-frame. These are linked to the pragmatist idea developed by J. Dewey's Theory of Knowledge related to experimental practices. Furthermore, these approaches are closely connected to socio-cultural anthropology dealing with a transdisciplinary posture.
