First, for comparison purposes, the film shows the normal germination of the macroconidia and the normal mycelium development, then the effect of various concentrations of griseofulvin, without and with dimethylformamide as solvent, finally the effect of the solvent alone, and the effect of griseofulvin added 16 hours after start of growth.
