Schulterstück nach links gewandt, den Kopf im Halbprofil, Blick nach vorn zum Betrachter, mit Halbglatze, Schnurr- und spitzem Kinnbart, Halskrause, Wams, Mantel mit hochgeschlagenem und verziertem Kragen, vor bogenförmig liniertem Hintergrund und in ovaler Rahmung mit Eckzwickeln, darin stilisierte Blumen, unten links ein Monogramm. Unter dem Bildfeld der Name des Dargestellten. Oberhalb des Blattes eine Seitenzahl und ein Titel: "122 Musaeum Historicum".
Bemerkung: Unten rechts mit dunkler Tinte und in kleiner Schrift: "Naturf[orscher]".; Die Rückseite ist mit lateinischem Text bedruckt.; Auf Vorder- und Rückseite der Besitzstempel des Gregor Kraus.; Blatt ist beschnitten.
