Das Flugblatt beinhaltet einen Aufruf des Graf Friedrich Wilhelm von Brandenburg vom 15.5.1849 an das Volk aufgrund der Aufstandsbewegung in Baden. Die Vorlage für die Lithografie stammt von Berthold Brunckow, der das Blatt auch verlegt hat. Gedruckt wurde es von Lithographische Anstalt von Leopold Kraatz (Berlin).
